About Us

Creation.

Let’s Get Lost was founded by Alicia Casillas Ramos and Anthony Ball, a husband-and-wife team united by a shared calling: to guide others back into their bodies, where true healing begins.

What started as a sanctuary in Ubud, Bali has grown into a living vision of somatic wisdom, one that will soon extend to the wild landscapes of southern Spain. Rooted in years of deep practice in breathwork, trauma-informed facilitation, Reiki, men’s work, and holistic embodiment, Alicia and Anthony created Let’s Get Lost not just as a retreat space, but as an academy for embodied transformation.

Here, science meets spirit. The nervous system is honoured. Presence is non-negotiable. And healing is understood as a full-body experience, not just a mental exercise.

At the heart of their work is a simple truth:

The body holds the stories the mind cannot explain and through it, we can heal what words cannot reach.

Their trainings, ranging from 100-hour Breathwork Instructor Certifications to Reiki Teacher Programs and Men’s Embodiment Circles, are designed for those ready to step into service with depth, integrity, and skill. Whether you’re a therapist, coach, yoga teacher, or simply someone feeling the quiet pull toward deeper work, Let’s Get Lost offers more than techniques. It offers a way of being, one that empowers you to hold space for others while staying grounded in your own truth.

This is not just education. It’s initiation.
And you’re welcome here, whether you find us in Bali, Spain, or online.

Everything we do at Let’s Get Lost flows from a set of guiding principles, values that shape how we teach, how we hold space, and how we show up in our own lives. These aren’t just words on a page; they’re lived commitments woven into every training, session, and human connection we make.

Embodiment
We teach from the body, not just the mind. True healing begins when we move beyond concepts and into felt experience. For us, embodiment isn’t a technique, it’s a way of being.

Safety First
Transformation can only unfold in safety. We cultivate spaces that are psychologically, emotionally, and somatically secure, where people feel seen, respected, and free to move at their own pace.

Integrity
We share only what we live. Our facilitators are lifelong students of their own growth, committed to walking the path they invite others to explore.

Presence Over Performance
Healing isn’t about dramatic breakthroughs, it’s about showing up, again and again, with honesty and attention. We honour the quiet, sacred unfolding of each person’s journey.

Accessibility & Inclusion
Healing is a human right, not a privilege. We’re dedicated to making our work trauma-informed, inclusive, and accessible, so that more people, from more walks of life, can find the tools they need to thrive.

Community & Connection
We heal in relationship, with ourselves, with each other, and with the living world around us. Our trainings are designed to nurture belonging, authentic connection, and collective growth.

Our Values.

Our Purpose.

We exist to reconnect people with the innate intelligence of the body, the quiet, wise guide that knows how to heal, regulate, and restore.

In a world that often values thinking over feeling, speed over stillness, and fixing over listening, we offer a different path: one that returns us to the body as a source of truth, safety, and deep transformation.

We train practitioners who understand that lasting change doesn’t come from bypassing pain, forcing outcomes, or intellectualizing healing, but from feeling deeply, listening closely, and integrating fully.

Our work is rooted in three core truths:

  • The body holds what the mind cannot process.

  • Trauma unwinds through presence, not pressure.

  • Healing begins when we learn to feel, not when we try to “figure it out.”

Through experiential education, trauma-informed guidance, and intentional community, we equip students with more than techniques, we offer a way home. Home to the breath. Home to the body. Home to a life lived with presence, resilience, and full aliveness.

This isn’t just professional training.
It’s a return to wholeness.
