Our Philosophy

 A Centre for Connection

At Let’s Get Lost, we believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it unfolds in relationship: with ourselves, with each other, and with the living Earth.

We offer more than workshops, trainings, or retreats. We offer a return to what matters: presence, authenticity, and the quiet truth of the body. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, be more, and prove our worth, we hold a different space, one where you are already whole. Already enough.

Here, there’s no need to fix yourself. Only to feel, listen, and reconnect.

Our work supports both the inner journey, calming the mind, awakening the body, integrating past wounds, and the outer expression of that healing through genuine community. We bring people together not to escape life, but to re-engage with it more fully, supported by others who understand the weight and beauty of being human.

Eco-Friendly by Design

Sustainability isn’t an add-on at Let’s Get Lost, it’s the foundation.

Built on leased land stewarded by a Balinese family for generations, our centre runs in harmony with nature. We are semi off-grid, powered by sun, wind, and rain. Rainwater nourishes our gardens; filtered well water sustains us; greywater flows through natural reed beds before returning to our ponds.

Every material was chosen with care, recycled, repurposed, and designed to be returned to the Earth if ever deconstructed. Our buildings breathe with the jungle, not against it.

When you step onto this land, you’re not just visiting a retreat, you’re entering a living example of what’s possible when humans choose to thrive with nature, not at its expense.

Rooted in Community

We believe in supporting locals, with locals, for locals.

From the very beginning, Let’s Get Lost has been built with Bali, not just in it. Local contractors shaped our space. Local healers guide our Reiki, yoga, and meditation sessions. And the land itself is held in trust with deep respect for the family who has cared for it for generations.

This isn’t tourism. It’s reciprocity.

By centering Balinese knowledge, craftsmanship, and wisdom, we honour the culture that hosts us, and ensure that our presence contributes meaningfully to the community around us.

Founded with Purpose

Let’s Get Lost was born from a personal transformation.

After years of burnout and disconnection, founder Anthony “Ant” Ball, a British entrepreneur, outdoor adventurer, and breathwork facilitator—found his way back through men’s circles, somatic practice, and the healing power of breath. That experience became a calling: to create a space where others, especially men, could access the same depth of healing without having to hit rock bottom first.

In 2020, after five years of falling in love with Bali’s spirit and landscape, Ant began building Let’s Get Lost in Ubud, not as a business, but as an offering. A sanctuary. A home for those ready to stop performing—and start feeling.

Today, that vision is expanding to southern Spain, but the heart remains the same: a place to come home to your body, your truth, and your people.
