My journey of self-discovery led me to breathwork and meditation—practices that brought me into balance and grounded presence. They became the foundation of my healing, growth, and the work I now offer to others.

I specialize in embodiment, supporting people to move beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with their intuition and emotional body. Through a combination of breathwork, shamanic practices, and Osho-inspired techniques, I hold space for deep transformation and authentic reconnection with self.

A core passion of mine is men’s work. Over the years, I’ve been deeply involved in facilitating men’s groups and guiding men through the often unspoken journey of emotional depth, strength, and vulnerability. Creating spaces for men to come home to themselves—beyond societal roles and expectations—is a powerful and essential part of my mission.

With a background in health, wellness, and coaching, I’ve also built successful travel, adventure, and hospitality businesses across the UK and Bali. These experiences give me a grounded, practical lens through which I support others on their personal and spiritual path.
